Manage your subscriptions, payment method, billing informations and download past invoices

To reach our billing portal go to this link: https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/14k0304wD3TK3hm9AA

1. Reach the PaveNow billing customer portal powered by Stripe using the link provided. Enter the email ID you used to create your billing account with PaveNow. You will then receive a link on your email to login into your billing portal

1 Once that's done, click on "Sending…".

2. In your email box you will see this email from Stripe. (check Spam box in case you do not see it in your inbox) Click on the Log in button.

2 Next up, click on "Log in to your customer portal".

3. Here you will managed a few things:

  • 1. Current Subscriptions: Here you can review your current plan & upgrade subscription if needed.

  • 2. Payment method: change your card details if needed for subsequent bill

  • 3. Billing information: Update this if you want to change the information on the invoice you receive.

  • 4. Invoice History: To download all your invoices

3 Once that's done, click here.

4. To Update subscription: just click here

4 Following that, click on "Update subscription".

5. Select the new package and "Continue"

5 Click on "Continue".

6. Confirm the payment by clicking subscribe and pay

6 Following that, click on "Billing".

7. To download existing invoice click on existing invoice from the history list

7 Once that's done, click on "Jan 27, 2025".

8. Click on "Download invoice" or "Download receipt"

8 Click on "Download invoice".
