How to join to a company as a new user

Step 1: Receive the Invitation Email

Once the admin has sent you an invitation, check your inbox for an email with the subject "You have been invited to access a PaveNow Account".

The email will contain:

  • A unique invitation link

  • Your temporary invitation code

Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Open the Invitation Link

  1. Click the Join PaveNow button in the email.

  2. The link will take you to the platform’s registration page.

Step 3: Complete Registration

  1. Some details should be auto-filled, add any missing details like phone number and your password.

  2. Review and accept the PaveNow Privacy Policy

  3. Confirm your registration by clicking Accept and Continue.

Step 4: Confirm Successful Registration

After completing the registration, you will be redirected to the login again. Enter your email address and password to access the dashboard, where you can start using the platform based on the role assigned to you (e.g., Admin, Finance, Employee).
